Trade secret disputes have become a significant business and governance risk rather than a purely IP issue. As trade secret filings reached record levels in 2025 and continue to rise, companies face growing exposure to high-value litigation, shareholder claims, regulatory scrutiny, and potential executive liability. Because trade secrets often represent a company's most valuable assets ? yet remain unregistered ? their identification, protection, and enforcement require a different approach from other forms of intellectual property.

This webinar will be particularly valuable for IP professionals, in-house counsel managing cross-border disputes, and compliance leaders.
